Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that certain items such as personal care goods, intimate items, gift cards, and sale items are not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at help@aulso.com .with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at help@aulso.com.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
